Hardware House was founded in 1992 as 3 small retail shops under the name “Hardware House” at Pantip, Pratunam. With the far-sight vision and hard working of K. Simon Lee's, the founder of the company, Hardware House had rapidly grown along with the same pace of the continuously progress of Thai IT market. More products have been added to our portfolio. Therefore, we decided to also expand the business to wholesales area and decided to establish two companies to handle the different nature of business:

Hardware House mainly focuses on retails business with 88 branch shops allover the country. With the continuous growth of Thai IT Market and the increased demand from our customers, we have put our shops into 6 categories as follows:

In order to fulfill our customers’ requirement, we are now expanding to wholesales and project bidding to the government offices, government enterprises, educational institutions and major private companies.

Hardware House supply various products as the authorized retailer: Sony, Acer, HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Lenovo, Asus, Samsung, Casio, Olympus, LG, Seagate, Microsoft, Canon, Epson and etc.

Our vision is to be one of the leading suppliers in Thai IT Market with continuous growth in wide-range products. Our staffs will consistently develop skills on the product knowledge and provide honest service with unity in the organization to achieve the success which will be the mutual benefit to our customers, staffs, organization as well as to the suppliers.

Our mission is not only focused on business success but also to build up the pleasant image of the company to be the first company that customers can rely on. Whenever they think about IT products, they will think about Hardware House as the first and utmost priority. Another goal is to increase customer list at minimum 10% every year and expand existing 110 branch shops to be 128 shops within 2012.
